- Business Customers, or customers who orders on a wholesale level cannot cancel the order without our mutual agreement. They can return the goods if they are damaged or faulty, but they cannot cancel the order once it has been done.
- Customized products that are specially made on your demand cannot be cancelled once you have paid the amount. Customized products come with an estimate date and if it gets late due to some reason, you cannot cancel the order.
- You cannot cancel an order once you have paid for it, you should either return it for a refund if it is damaged or does not meet the conditions.
- If you cancel an order once it has been dispatched then you may incur delivery charges.
- We offer a 30-day return policy for any faulty item purchased from our online store or ordered in an error. Please contact our Sales and customer support team to notify us of your return within 30 days from receipt of your goods.
- The goods must be in the same condition as bought and should be returned with the original packaging.
- As soon as you meet the criteria for returning the item, you can send the product to our warehouse and after completing all the product checks, your payment will be transferred back to your account from which you paid earlier.
- You have to return the product to us within 30 days from the receipt of goods on your own expense. We will not be responsible if the order does not reach us.

- Specially built for you. Items that we do not carry normally in our stock but are made specially for you or modified for your requirements.
- Opened/used mouthpieces or pipes
- Items purchased from Website other than 5supplies.com
- We will refund all your money after deducting the delivery charges. The shipment charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If you purchased using a discount voucher, we will refund the amount that was paid by you if you meet the conditions.
- Customized products that we do not carry in our stock but made specially for you cannot be refunded under any circumstances. We may repair or replace the product.
- If you are qualified for free delivery then you will get it. But if you were charged for the delivery charges, then this amount will be deducted from the refund.
